Welcome to the Registration and Fundraising process for the National EMS Memorial Bike Ride West Coast Route.
All participants (riders and support personnel) are expected to meet fundraising minimum goals prior to one week before the start of the Route following this model:
4+ Days Rider = $200 fund-raised
3 Days Rider = $150 fund-raised
2 Days Rider = $100 fund-raised
1 Day Rider = $50 fund-raised
Support Personnel = $20 fund-raised
Completing Fundrasing: After you complete registration and pay, you will be re-directed to a sign-up page in order to set up your personal fundraising page to assist you in meeting your fundraising goals. Using this feature will allow participants to fundraise on behalf of the organization, and offset the costs of participation. Please be sure to complete the process of signing up for your fundraising page after you complete registration.
After signing up for your personal fundraising page please share the web address of your page with family, friends and people in your social network. It is best to send an email to your supporters and also post the link on Facebook and other social networks. Fundraisers who send out reminders raise 50% more than those who don't so you should send at least one reminder. Donors will receive tax deduction receipts immediately for their contributions in your name.
Liability Waiver: Participants will be asked to agree to a liability waiver. This document must be reviewed prior to registration. The document is available for review at this site.
Jerseys: Riders registering for only 1-day or 2-days who want to purchase an annual jersey will need to redirect ot the Store after registration. Support personnel who want to purchase a jersey, or Riders participating more than 3-days who require a duplicate jersey, also need to go to the Store and place an order.
